Refunds & Cancellation Policies

No cash back refunds will be given.

Membership payment terms are monitored and enforced. If an agreement is breached it will result in alternative payment collection methods including up to collection letters and or litigation.

Training Courses / Competitions

A good amount of time, expenses and work goes into setting up these events, courses and competitions.

Once you have have paid you have committed. So show up!

Inclement Weather / Unforeseeable events.

If a course is cancelled due to some unforeseeable event... Most likely bad weather. All courses affected will be rescheduled.

30 Day Reschedule Policy

If you have signed up for a course and cannot make it for ANY reason, your course can and will be rescheduled.

You will have 1 month (30 days) from the initial course to take the next course available.

If you have decided to not take the course at all you will forfeit all funds.

Private Club Memberships

Club memberships are offered in either ONE DAY OR ANNUALLY

ALL annual membership plans are for a minimum of 12 months (1 year)

All membership plans and terms will automatically renew annually until valid emailed notice of cancellation is received.

MEMBERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO EARLY CANCELLATION FEE'S. (Memberships terms operate on an annual 12 month to 12 month basis.)

WRITTEN EMAIL NOTICE REQUIRED AS VALID MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

WITHIN FINAL 30 DAYS OF CURRENT ACTIVE MEMBERSHIPS EXPIRATION / RENEWAL DATE

(Example: your ANNUAL plan starts January 1st 2005 it will automatically renew February 1st 2006.

All email request submitted after membership payments have begun processing or withdrawn will take effect on the next billing cycle. Unfortunately, if a membership payment has begun processing or withdrawn there are no cash back refunds of any kind, for any reason.

PLEASE NOTE:

Do not call or text. Phone calls & text messages will not serve as valid cancellation
Non payment will not serve as valid cancellation
Financial Institution (bank) stoppages will not serve as valid cancellation

Members will still be responsible for any fees unpaid and also may be subject to any additional cancellation fees.

To avoid fee's all membership request must be submitted via email within final 30 days of current memberships renewal / expiration date. (Example: your ANNUAL plan starts January 1st 2005 it will automatically renew February 1st 2006.

Payment processing may take up to a week.

Last minute cancellation request are not a guarantee. If a cancellation request is unsuccessful it will take affect on the memberships next billing date

Please Note: Bank stoppages are a direct violation of your membership agreement. Any membership fee's due will still be owed!

Additionally, we do not charge maintenance fee's. The only fee you will be liable for is the remainder of your shooting club membership (Example John Doe purchased a $180 annual individual plan with 12, $15 monthly installments He keeps his plan for 2 payments then decided to cancel early his account will close and he will owe the remainder 10 payments immediately)
If a plan is cancelled prior to that membership being paid in FULL alternative collection methods will be explored. Including up to civil litigation. If civil litigation is pursued the party in question will be responsible for ALL cost involved!
Member EARLY PAY OFF if any individual would like to pay early they can manually pay their 12 month membership in FULL. Please Contact Cee's Shooting Club directly to learn more! 252-900-5584

CLUB / RANGE RULES & REGULATIONS

Standard Shooting times 0900-1300. 7 days a week (Other times by request only)

MUST READ AND OBEY ALL RULES / REGULATIONS

You must obey ALL club & range rules.
Everyone on the property must be a member of the club (daily or yearly membership)
Any sign ups for events competitions, trainings, etc. you are a ONE day member.
ONE day members are to shoot at paper targets only. Unless stated otherwise for training or competition reasons.
All club fee's must be paid prior to arriving or taking your first shot on the range.
Every member should understand that this is a private range. There are rules to maintain everyone's safety. But understand that you are shooting at YOUR OWN RISK.
Do not participate in any shooting events or training above what you are ready for.
Ear & eye protection REQUIRED.
ALL firearms need to be holstered, cased, or in a range bag prior to shooting. And when finished shooting need to be re-holstered, cased, or put back into range bag.
Keep muzzles pointed downrange, or in a SAFE direction always.
Keep finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot.
Do not step past firing line until ALL shooters have been made aware the range is COLD.
Before firing shooters are to check surroundings and announce GOING HOT.
Tactical moving and shooting is only done under permission and supervision.
Pick up your trash. EX: plastic, paper, bottles etc.
When you are not shooting. Firearms should have a chamber flag or have the slide/ejection port/action in locked open position.
Members or those with authorized access on the property ONLY. Non approved access will be asked to leave or be charged with TRESPASSING!
Controlled burst fire ONLY.
ALL shooting & gun handling done on the premises should be to make you better. Reckless gun handling and or shooting you will be dismissed or possibly charged with endangerment!
Rifle calibers minimum of 75 yards at steel targets. (No green tip, or any armor piercing bullets to be shot at steel. PAPER TARGETS ONLY!)
Magnum rifle calibers minimum of 150 yards. Unless permission is stated otherwise from the property owner or person in charge.
Handgun calibers minimum of 15 yards on steel.
Before shooting further distances with rifles always shoot close (<50 yards) and low (target low to the ground) to make sure the firearm is still zeroed.
